Underground Fence for Cats and Dogs

There are a variety of different types of underground fencing containment systems for cats and dogs, also known as invisible fences. It's important understand that this is a visual aid in order to keep your pet contained.

There are a couple different varieties of underground systems for containment for your four-footed friend. Some of them will use a small thin wire that you will be burying in the ground and is connected to the controllers. And the newest development of course, is infrared. Either way you look at it, an underground fencing containment system for your pet is a safe way to allow your pet to exercise themselves while staying away from well-known dangers.

You may already have your property completely fenced in, and yet there are dangerous areas where your pet can get into trouble. Garages, garbage, well-known pesticides and fertilizers that can be stored around the property can actually allow your pet to become very ill and actually die. Therefore, whether you have a containment system that encircles your property or not, an underground fencing system can be added to insure your pet stays out of those areas that are dangerous or you don't want them in.

A simple and effective system for containment for cats and dogs. You'll simply be putting in the system, then attaching a crawler to your pet of the right size and style and then watch your pet train itself to stay in the boundary.

Basically, all underground fence systems work on the same principle. They'll be visual markers in the ground to allow your pet to notice when they're getting close to the boundary, they'll wear a collar that emits the beep and then eventually a static shock, and it only takes a short period of time before your pet is trained. It's important understand the different fencing systems will have different training methods, and you need to read about all of the underground fencing systems before choosing the best one.

One of the nice things about an invisible fencing or an underground fencing system is its ability to be portable. Most of the time when you move from one home to another you do not get to take your fencing system with you. The invisible fence system is extremely portable and can be moved from home to home. In fact, you can actually get a portable underground fencing system for camping or traveling where your dog will understand the beep and flags because he's already been trained at home for the fencing system.

It's amazing what an underground fence will do for you and your pet as far as your own peace of mind. Most vet bills are the result of pet wandering off the property, and an underground fencing system can help keep your pet home and safe where they belong.

Beyond that, I can't name anything he's done that I have in my collection. It's a little frustrating, to be honest. I know he did some "Wolverine" work a year or two ago, and his "Silver Surfer" issues are well-regarded. But that's it.
